about

'Have a Nice Day,' a series of evocative digital artworks by JCT Li, meticulously woven from the intricate fabric of online photographs. Imbued with a background rooted in her previous background in advertising, Li deftly dismantles the hallowed pursuit of "perfection" through the alchemy of digital distortion. This deliberate manipulation gives birth to abstract forms that transcend the limitations of conventional human portrayal, conjuring ephemeral impressions through audacious symphonies of color and form. Within these uncharted contours, viewers are enticed to traverse the unexplored realms of cognition, embarking upon a journey that stretches the boundaries of familiar frontiers.
Li’s artistic ethos delves into the very core of our digital era, embarking on a contemplative discourse that explores the profound impact of digital tools on the delicate fabric of our evolving perceptions. This marriage of timeless artistic expression with the modern cadence of technological ingenuity unravels fresh vistas and blurred definitions, echoing the harmonious dialogue between tradition and innovation, form and abstraction.
